“Lovely apartment with great host.”

Perfect location in a very peaceful setting with a great view. Walking distance to La Pelosa beach. The host was friendly and helpful. Lovely, clean apartment with good facilities. Great enclosed exterior courtyard with washing facilities and fab outdoor shower. Would recommend if want a peaceful location.

The apartment was very close to the beach and the view from the balcony was stunning - the bay at your feet! I strongly recommend for everybody who loves spending time at the beach. Le Pelosa is beautiful - the sand, the crystal & warm water is unforgettable!

“Perfect new apartment! 15 min walking from the beach”

Emanuela is very nice and helpful. The apartment is very new and cozy. There is a wifi and AC (we didn’t use it, because the temperature was perfect and it was comfortable in the apartment). She gives as well beach umbrella and the special mattress for the beach (we didn’t know it’s obligatory in La Pelosa!). You need to know that the beach is not free and you have to book it in advance (48 hours minimum). But just near there is a very nice almost the same free beach Gabbiano with very good restaurant (what I can’t say about Pelosa). There is a beautiful view point for the sunset in 10 minutes walking.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Finestra Stintino. Our host was Emanuela was very helpful, she lives underneath the apartment we stayed in. The apartment is small but very clean and has everyting you would need. The balcony was facing the sea and had a beautiful view. The area was very quiet and chilled out, no noise which was great. The pool was great plenty of space, deep enough but with a shallow bit for the kids. It is a 30 second walk from the apartment. Nearby is the famous beach La Pelosa which was nice, but very busy, also you have to pay a small fee to use the beach. There are also other beaches nearby that are free. There is a bus that comes to a stop just by the apartment which is great for going to the beach during the day or going to the local village at night. It arrives on the hour every hour and only costs a euro each way.

The apartment is small but perfect, new, spotlessly clean. An incredible, really incredible view on the Asinara from the window and from the balcony, where one could have dinner in the most scenic and romantic setting possible. You can leave the car safely parked at the apartment and stroll down (around 15 mins of easy walk) to the Pelosa or nearby beaches. If you feel tired after a day in the sun, for the walk uphill you could also ride with a small bus: but we almost never felt the need for it. The host is nice, attentive, present. A place to fall in love with!
