You can hear the sea from the doorstep and walk to a superb uncrowded white beach in 2 min. Nature is all around you, no noise of civilisation. All this with a safe parking and a short drive from the highway and city. Alessandra is very welcoming and efficient host, communication was excellent

Location was great, very close to the beach. A few that weren't super crowded or had a lot of tourists. It's in the countryside so it's nice and quiet as well. Perfect spot if you really want to relax and get away for a bit. The host is super friendly and helpful and her personal touch is evident in the property and the experience. And bonus the most adorable dog,Maica, also makes daily rounds

Very friendly owner, explain everything and give tips for trips and restaurants. I realy appreciate it:) It's a quiet place in the nature with the garden and sandy beach is about 10min walk. Other beaches and rocky places are around. You live here in harmony with nature.

Casa Maica is the best accommodation that you could wish for at a beautiful location: it is very peaceful and the nature is fantastic. The room was very clean and well-equipped, the beach is really close, the parking is easy, the hosts are super nice and helpful. We spent there almost two weeks and had only wonderful experiences, highly recommended.

The house was only 5 minutes walk to Ezzi Mannu beach, where at sunset you can even see flamingos flying and set on the nearby pond. It is ideal if you want quiet and peace. Alessandra is a good host.
