I booked thru booking.com and got 4 confirmation emails. Arrived at the property to be told there was no room for me. Staff just kept saying it wasn’t their fault and were not helpful. Said they had had problems with booking.com but did nothing to contact me when they saw the reservation and knew there was no room. Ruined a special weekend for my daughter and I.
