I tried to book Sterling uk and it went to us an i tried so much to contact hotel but no answer at all

I ordered a simple shrimp taco from the restaurant/bar area and it was not good at all; nor were other sides available that would have helped compliment the taco. I was quite surprised that something as common as decaffeinated coffee was unavailable at breakfast area.

Convenient hotel with comfortable beds. Bathroom was a little worn with old caulking. Met my needs for a one night stay.

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. I was afraid to turn the shower on since everything felt like it was going to fall apart. The water went everywhere out from the shower-head. Most things are really warn down. The bed cuties have several holes in them. The sheets and towels have holes in them. Some of the towels in the room wasn’t clean. The sink had hair in it when I when in to use it for the first time. I was just staying the one night and arrived tired and only wanted to go to bed. So I didn’t make any fuss. But I will not come back here unless they renovate the place.
