The Wild Mushroom Country House is in the Cape Winelands, 5-minutes from the historical centre of Stellenbosch. The hotel offers unique guest rooms and free Wi-Fi in a beautiful location. “A beautiful and relaxing stay with the most stunning mountain views”
The mountain view room had the most spectacular view. We enjoyed the most incredible sunrises from our window. The included breakfast was lovely. The staff were so welcoming and friendly.

“Loved my stay. Beautiful property with magnificent views. Huge bedroom with comfortable bed. Wonderful staff.”
The size of the room was large and spacious, as was the bathroom. I had a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious.

“A perfect luxurious getaway”
Everything was just perfect and then some. The staff are absolutely fantastic. We received a very warm welcome. Every single staff member we encountered was super friendly and kind. The room is spacious. The bed is like sleeping in a cloud. The mattress is not too hard, not too soft, and is absolutely perfect. The pillows are so comfortable. The place is extremely clean. The towels are luxurious. The breakfast was phenomenal. We started off with some fruit yoghurt and lovely muesli, followed by a choice of 8 hot meals and lovely, high-quality coffee.
