Very peaceful and beautiful location and have been a guest there for over 5 decades with my family

This time the accommodation was for my Mother. However we have stayed at this Hotel on several occasions. Always an excellent choice for the Stellenbosch area.

Amazing venue with very friendly staff, especially the receptionist / host upon arrival. The environment was peaceful and most enjoyable. The tomato soup was probably the best we have ever had!

A lovely hotel full of charm and tasteful finishes. Wonderful views, great restaurant and a quality breakfast. Really comfy beds and linen. Really relaxing place, charming staff, spot on on many levels.

Close to Stellenbosch. Picturesque. The staff member made an effort to correct the room set up after it was not correct. The waitron also made an effort to get the breakfast corrected as the egg temperature was incorrect. Staff members were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

I just have to say how impressed I am with the staff here. They’re genuinely friendly, quick to respond to calls and requests, and always attentive. They handle things promptly, listen carefully, and even keep the atmosphere light and happy with their warm personalities. It’s rare to see a team that combines professionalism with such kindness and fun energy

“A peaceful country hotel close to Stellenbosch and Cape Town”

The view of the valley from our room was exceptional. We loved the peace and quiet here. The restaurant served excellent food and the portions were always far too big for us! The gardens and the pool below the hotel were a peaceful place to pass the time. The hotel is also very close to central Stellenbosch (with a car). We have already booked again.

Beautiful views of the Devon Valley, with close proximity to the Stellenbosch restaurants and wine farms. This is our 2nd visit and the staff remembered us and greeted my family with arms wide open. Recommend the double garden rooms as they are spacious. Made a last minute Sunday lunch booking for our family visiting from Australia, and they were more than happy to accommodate the large group.

Gorgeous quaint boutique hotel, central location perfect for sightseeing. The restaurant is good. Staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. Clean, tranquil setting, breathtaking views. Cannot recommend it enough!
