Overview
Located on a private garden estate in Stellenbosch, Majeka House features a spa, a gourmet restaurant and a large, heated, communal indoor pool. The owner managed boutique hotel boasts stylish rooms and free WiFi. The rooms at Majeka House are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and Nespresso coffee machines. The Majeka Kitchen serves local specialities cooked with fresh ingredients, some picked from the on-site organic garden. Food is served on the terrace during the summer months, and by a fireplace in winter. Majeka Spa offers a full range of massages, facials and other treatments. Guests can relax in the sauna, steam room or hot tub, or work out in the fitness centre. In addition to the communal, indoor pool, the Poolside Rooms and Double Rooms with Garden View offer access to semi-exclusive outdoor pools. From Majeka House, it is less than 10-minutes’ drive to the shops and cafés of Stellenbosch city centre. Stellenbosch Golf Club is 3 km away.

Priced for europe or UK. Poor value for money. Property and decoratikns outdated. Broken offee machine in room. Toilet on pedastal extremely small and uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel, great staff and very good spacious room and bedding! You need a transport to get anywhere but uber is always in hand and not expensive. Very quiet! Great service from staff and excellent breakfast

“Pleasnt experience”
We go there once a year when we visit our children that stays close to Mejeka. They allow the children to swim with us in the heated pool.

The room was great, we so enjoyed the swimming pool, the breakfast was really good.....our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer, maybe next time!! with reference to the bed situation, we had requested two singles, there was a kingsize in the room but this situation was rapidly rectified within half an hour.....thank you!

Hotel is under new management and currently under renovation which is not disclosed to guests at booking - far cry from a 5* boutique hotel as advertised

“A small bot of paradise on earth”
Little paradise on earth. We had our own Pool. Rooms were wonderful. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. We had a late night flight back to europe and We were able to make use of one room including Pool until We needed to leave at no extra charge.
