Overview
Hazelwood House is 3 km from Stellenbosch town centre. It is close enough to walk to, but just far enough to experience the calm and quiet of this peaceful area. We are situated just behind G-Spot, a very well-known mountain bike trail. Hazelwood has 4 units, all en-suite. The units are fully equipped for self-catering purposes, and have a sleeper couch to accommodate extra people. All units have their own safes, hairdryers, air-conditioning and oil heaters for those chilly nights. Free fibre is available via a wireless network throughout the property. Our beautiful garden is a pleasure to walk through, and our extra large pool offers a nice cool-down during those hot summer days

Not far from Cape Town International and within easy distance of Stellenbosch centre. Friendly host who was very accommodating! The 6 of us fitted easily and the pool was an extra bonus. Didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well laid out. Would warmly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Privacy and location in a quit suburb. The enclosed patio waa very hot with the perspex roof and the aircon outlet blowing hot air full blast. However I would stay there again due to the peaceful location. Hosts were very friendly.

“Disappointing”
The website pictures of the rooms and bathrooms does not relate to the actual facilities , the carpets and curtains are grubby , rooms are also very basic Builders also cut the water off before we could shower. I would not recommend this property

“we had 3 rooms, all were exactly what we needed. definatley recommend Hazelwood house to others.”
it was clean and easily accessible. wifi and onsite parking was available. the hosts were helpful and friendly. well located as it is close to the town but in a quiet area with nice walks/runs/bike rides.

“Pleasant stay with lovely pool”
We had a really nice stay at Hazelwood House. The room was comfortable and had all the facilities we required. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area is lovely and we spent several mornings having a dip before heading out to explore for the day. The location was also good, either a 30 min walk into town or a cheap uber.
