“Nice Country stay for a larger group”
Location (if you don't want to be in central Stellenbosch) Splash pool Strawberry picking nearby. Easy drive into Kuils Rivier which we needed for an event Blocked drain was attended to timeously

“Perfect setting to celebrate a special occasion!”
Units are spacious and very tastefully decorated. Loved the inside braai/entertainment of the Villa which is perfect for the Cape Town Winter weather. Would love to visit in Summer so that we can open the stacker doors and appreciate the beautiful view.

“Relaxing and a lovely family celebration”
Beautiful location. The house has everything you need and really feels like a home. The front of the house has large glass sliding doors that open fully. It felt like being outside, while still inside and the view is lovely. Very spacious and private. Loads of bird life.

“The cottages are serviced and they are trying but not like the pics”
I felt nervous and you drive through huge electric fencing on each side of the road and it stops before the cottages . They tell you to deactivate the alarm but there is none !a big sign at the door

“We loved staying at 401 Rozendal. It's beautiful, safe and very comfortable.”
Beautifully located in the vineyards. The cottage is gorgeous with a clever design and well equipped kitchen. 401 Rozendal is conveniently located close to Stellenbosch, but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle of student life.

“Memorable stay in the vineyards”
The beautiful interior of the cottage, the refreshing swimming pool and the calm and tranquil surrounds made my stay memorable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends and family.
