“Great hotel is you’re on the train or bus.”
Nice room and good WiFi. Excellent location for the station and friendly staff. Breakfast was good although we took a while to work things out. Not quite as intuitive as other hotels.

The location was great, bars and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The breakfast was superb, excellent choice and selection of hot and cold food.

“Disappointed.”
We specifically booked and paid extra for a superior double room. Specifically booked a room with a double bed NOT two single beds joined together. We kept falling inbetween them and they slid around the floor. The bathroom was very cold and only the next morning the underfloor heating came on in the bathroom. There was only cold water in the shower in the evening. Only warm water in the morning. We also looked forward to ordering room service as listed on the site but they only had buffet food in the dining room. No dinner menu. We had to go out for food insted as we did not want bufet when we first go to a hotel we wanted restaurant meal standard. We also wanted breakfast as room service but this was not available either.
