The location of the hotel was so convenient! Easy hop onto the public buses to get to the ski area. 🤗 The size of our room was great for a family of four, spacious and very comfortable. Decor in the main lobby and rec room have been done up nicely, making it feel cozy yet modern. 🩷

This is a really nice spacious apartment with all the modern conveniences. It has a full kitchen, a table for 4,a separate bedroom with TV, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower . There is a couch in the living area with TV. This was exceptional accommodation for the money.

Customer service was atrocious We were unable to access our room until after 6pm.. as room was filthy and not cleaned. After raising this with the staff member on duty, I contacted the supervisor/manager Alice .. who didn’t action my complaint. Please see my message below to the supervisor. I believe Penny has messaged you already regarding the fact that our room isn't ready. I have arrived with my wife and 4 children, it is below 20 and we have been waiting since 4pm in the Carpark when our booking said the accomodation would be available. When we checked in The cleaners had not started on our room at this stage, and we were told and were told it would be ready soon. So we waited. It is now after 5pm and our room is still unavailable and not accessible. We booked our vacation to steamboat over 6 months ago and arrived from Australia today. I would like to have a conversation about what Legacy will be doing about this as it has upset our whole afternoon. Thank you

“Lousy rooms, lousy breakfast, lousy value, non-existent service.”

We choose this hotel because it offered "full breakfast" in the price. The "full breakfast" was the worst of any hotel we've ever stayed in (picture supplied). The check-in desk was closed for the entirety of our stay i.e. we couldn't check-in or out. The newly renovated rooms were cheap and nasty. Booking.com should not offer this hotel as one of it's properties!

Friendly employees and clean place. They give us place in the lobby to wax our snowboard. They kept our luggage at the front desk after the checkout because we had a snowboard race. They also gave us some extra cooking pans. Very good service!

We loved the value of our stay because during ski season the town of Steamboat is very expensive to stay with a family of 4. Legacy Vacation rental had decent accommodations and a great location. They had shuttles running all day and convenient to all the grocery stores in walking distance to the plaza with restaurants, Walmart, grocery and liquor stores. The staff work very hard to help solve any problems. We needed extra cooking pans (there was only one frying pan) and perhaps a chopping block with standard scissors, knives, would have been helpful, but the front desk clerk lent us her scissors and provided an extra fry pan for our large family. The indoor hot tub was great after a long day! Sidewalks were always cleared of snow and ice which made it easier to load and unload skiis, groceries, etc..
