“Just like a fairytale”
Absolutely amazing accommodation in a beautiful, quiet location. Peace, great views, a fabulous house with everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Absolute silence at night. In this lovely house you will feel like in a paradise. Massimo is very welcoming and gave us all the necessary information. Mountains, sea, cities, nature - all you can easily reach. We would love to come back again.

On the way to this beautiful place, we got into a terrible snowfall high in the mountains in the middle of the night and were able to continue our journey only thanks to Massimo and his help. We were stuck in a snowfall at an altitude of 2400 m with 2 children at night, we had no chains ("thanks" to the car rental company), no one answered. Massimo clarified our location and called a snowplow from a nearby hotel to help us. If it hadn't been for Massimo's help, we don't know what would have happened to us that night. The house itself is beautiful, the view is amazing, the air, the mountains, the greenery. Everything is fine!!! Many thanks to Massimo for his help and for the beautiful house, which was good.

“Unforgettable holiday at the Apuan Alps❤️”
The house was very cosy and had everything as promised. It was situationed on very beautiful place and had amazing views of the surrounding mountains. People in the village are friendly and helpful. The owner, Massimo is uncredably heartfull and warm person and he gave us good tips about nearby attractions, shops, restaurants and villages/ towns. He was also super helpful when we had problems with a hired car. Thank you for the unforgettable holiday❤️

Wonderfull sceneries with mountains. Calm place where you have your own private and nobody disturbs you. Relatively close to the beach when travelling by car. And of course very nice and helpful hosts.

Our family recently stayed at a charming cottage in the mountains, and it was an incredible experience. The cottage was cozy and full of character.The view of the mountains from the terrace was breathtaking, making every morning a delight.The interior was comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely fireplace that added to the warm atmosphere. The host was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this cottage is a perfect getaway for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat. Highly recommended!!!

Casa Poggio is not an ordinary place on the map. It is a house with soul, full of charm and history. This place will remain in our hearts forever. If you are an artist connected to the nature, this is undoubtedly the place where you will find inspiration. The owner is a man with a wonderful heart and full of positive energy. The view of the mountains is breathtaking and at night you can admire the beauty of the stars. I recommend it wholeheartedly. We will definitely come back here.

Incredible mountain view, the host made us feel really welcome, the town where the house is located is just magical! Lots to explore and relax. Great cozy and family run business around. We would definitely go back and would recommend to everyone who wants to be close to nature and enjoy Tuscany!

Perfect place for family holiday. House is very comfortable and very well equipped. We feel like home. The view is stunning 😍 You are surrounded by nature! Very good spot for hiking fans but also beach is only half h drive. We had great time and tanks to Massimo, the owner we discovered some secret spots and local tastes. Thank you Massimo, we will come back for sure
