A perfect place for a family holiday, especially if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, relaxed, and a little off the beaten track. The surroundings are quiet and picturesque, and we loved starting our mornings with a dip in the pool and ending the day with a swim in the sea. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. Communication with the owners was excellent, and it was lovely to meet them while they were staying in one of the apartments over the weekend. We would be very happy to return one day — and hopefully let our kids play together again!

The location of the apartment was exceptional. Located on the cliffs with views of the swimming and and the sea below. The sea was accessible via a short 50 m path along the property. Christos, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful when we had questions about the area. Suggestions for restaurants were very good.

Apartment is great. The view from balcony every morning and all day to see is amazing. Nice clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Kitchen is equipped very good with everything you can imagine. Amazing stay with swimming pool and access to the sea. Host Christos was available on WhatsApp all the time to help us with all our questions. Everything was amazing. If you are staying at this property you will need a car since beach and market is at least 30 minutes by foot.

“Tranquility and beauty”
Beautiful setting with gorgeous sunsets over the sea as we ate dinner. Our own private swimming cove for long swims in the warm sea, and a spacious pool area. The pool is a good size with plenty of sun loungers for all the guests. Our apartment had 2 balconies where we had a choice of sitting outside in the shade or the sun at any time of the day. Best of all was the warm welcome and helpful advice from Vasilis and Christos. Also, if you have arrived on an early flight to Chania, you can start unwinding 30 minutes after leaving the airport. Kiani is a brilliant place to start your holiday in Crete, unless you want to be in a busy resort with thousands of other tourists.

Just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at Kiani. Amazing Location next to the sea and and got to see a beautiful sunset every evening ! Hosts very attentive and friendly gave us plenty of information on places to visit etc. Apartment clean and well equipped.
