“Amazing. 10/10 stay, highly recommend.”

We stayed at the “Rustic house”. It is super spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, whole house is super clean. Outside you have your own terrace and sitting area and there is also a common pool and big children playground. It is all you want and what you need. The property is also located a walking distance (about 12-15 minutes) to a really nice beach. I would also like to emphasise the hospitality of Vaia (hostess) who was always there if you need something and was more than ready to help you out or give out recommendation! I would stay again for sure! 10/10

Peaceful location, in a lovely small village. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Owner very helpful, letting us stay a little longer and borrow a laptop charger.

“Perfect place for a relaxing family holiday”

This was the perfect place for a two week family holiday with our 10 year old. The accommodation (we were in the modern detached) was very clean, modern and comfortable, we even had our own hammock and outdoor space. The whole site is actually prettier than it looks in the photos. There are three properties on the site, but plenty of space so you still have your privacy. The facilities are great, the pool is very clean and pleasant and Vaia, the owner, is incredibly helpful and attentive and has everything you need to have a great holiday. The location is super - it's quite rural but you can walk down quiet streets to the local shops, tavernas and 2 beaches within 15 mins. One beach is sheltered, sandy and calm, perfect for children, and the other is less sheltered but still sandy and has a charming beach bar. I'd recommend a car if you're there more than a few days as there are lots of other nice beaches and places to eat nearby. Thank you Vaia, we hope to be back some day!

“Fantastic stay.”

We had a beautiful stay here in Alkistis sweet homes. Cristina went out of her way to make sure we were having a comfortable stay, she even left us a lovely watermelon, some treats and rakia. Cristina also helped us with renting a car. A lovely lady with a wonderful holiday property. The views from the property are stunning, you have great views of the mountains all around. The pool was great and very clean it was mostly empty during our stay so we got to enjoy the pool to ourselves which was great! Shops are about a 6 minute walk if you go through the path by the bush and the beach is about a 10 minute walk. I do recommend a car if you are staying here as Stavros is a quiet area, it’s great to go out and explore the remaining island. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Our stay with a group of friends was wonderful! The place is clean, well maintained, charming. The pool was cleaned regularly and the water was perfect for swimming. Short distance from the beach - no problem to walk. The owner was helpful in every aspect and recommended places to see in Crete. My rating is 10/10 - everything was perfect!

Very nice house with airconditioning. Has everything you would need and is very clean. It is situated in a calmer part of Stavros. Restaurants within walking distance, but would recommend a car. The hosts are very kind and helpful. I would recommend this and would come back.

The property was in a peaceful location but close to the beach, restaurants etc and only a short drive to Chania itself with its beautiful harbour and lively centre. We had a wonderful holiday 😎 The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The bed was so comfortable we slept really well and the pool was also lovely and very well maintained. Our hostess was so kind and even brought us treats she’d cooked which were delicious!

Location, it was quiet but still not far away fm Supermarkets, Beaches and restaurants. It was really comfortable and the owner as well as Cristina who takes care of the guests, we’re really helpful and wanted us to have a good time. We appreciated that very much. The house was Cody, charming, valuable and we loved to be there. The pool was fantastic

“Super relaxing stay with the best hostess”

The house is located in a quiet area with no disturbances. You have a lovely view of the mountains while relaxing at the pool. Also the outdoor kitchen with a barbeque grill and a large table was inviting. Indoors everything necessary was available, everything was perfectly cleaned and the sheets and towels were changed in between. On top the hostess made us feel warm and welcome, was available for any questions and recommended the best spots and places around the area. The beach is accessible within a short walking distance or by car, parking is free. All in all a definite recommendation!
