We traveled in 3 families with 3 toddlers. Everything was great, the pool was clean with perfectly warm water. Localization is comfortable, the shops are in the close localization to the house. The hosts are very nice and supportive. I highly recommend if you want to relax with kids. Our loved the pool and the play ground which saved us in the evenings :)

The last week of April we stayed with the whole family (7 persons) in the Velvet Breeze Villa in Stavromenos. It was a great experiens. we loved everything! The Vila was perfect for our family. It has everything we could ask for. It was very clean and beautifully designed. My kids loved the pool and the billiard table it also had Sps games that we used. we really enjoyed every minute there. ,on top of it Mrs Kiki (the host) brought us traditional food we enjoyed eating 😍 The hosts were very freindly, took care of all our needs immediatle and always with a smile. Perfect place to stay in Crete !!!

We liked everything about this property. The facilities at this villa are amazing and we loved using the swimming pool. The location is very quiet and private which is exactly what we wanted. There are some local restaurants, cafes, bakeries which were amazing and some amazing restaurants at the coast about 20 minutes drive.

Upon arrival we were already awaited by Kiki with a homemade moussaka. The entire accommodation, but especially the garden were even more overwhelming and stunning than in the pictures. During our stay we lacked nothing and if we had any questions or problems, Kiki and Thomas were immediately on hand to solve the problem. We had a wonderful week at the villa with our family. I can recommend the villa to everyone who plans to spend an unforgettable vacation in Crete.

Kiki and Thomas, the owners of the Villa are very nice people. Our arrival was very welcoming and the owners kept very good care of us during our stay. There were even hand made Moussaka waiting for us at our arrival. If there was any questions or issues they were solved very quickly. Villa is beautiful and even better than in the pictures. Location is very good if you want to visit all over the island. But please notice that car is needed to enjoy the stay at this location. We had very wonderful week at the Villa with our family including two children aged 5 and 7. All I can really say is that I recommend this Villa for anyone who want to take their holiday at Crete to the next level :)

The hosts warmly welcomed us with a homemade moussaka and rakia and left some supplies for us to survive on Sunday when most of the shops are closed. Breakfasts were served every morning as a compliment. The hosts asked in advance for our preferences and fulfilled our special allergy requests. Sandwiches, a variety of greek traditional pastries, fresh fruits from his father's place, vegetables, cheese, homemade greek pies, milk, etc. Everything was tasty and made with love! Villa is a great place to stay in. 4 bedrooms with a unique design, a big kitchen, many places to eat together (two terraces, two outdoor locations, the kitchen + 1 big table in a living room), a comfortable place for barbeque, a separate room with a table and a sofa (great for work or reading). The pool area was very nice with a heated pool, swimming supplies, and sunbeds you can move around to catch the sun. Convenient air conditioning system, separate bathrooms in two bedrooms (one is with hammam), everything you need for cooking. Villa is in between Chania and Iraklion, with a car it's a very convenient location. There is a small shop in 15 min on foot. The nearest cafe is also around 20 mins on foot, and with a car, it's super easy to have dinner nearby. Location on a hill is nice for catching sunsets. There are mostly locals living nearby, a very peaceful and quiet place. Lots of animals around - cats, sheep, chickens, and we even saw peacocks! On the flip side, roads in the area, unfortunately, are not equipped for pedestrians, and the nearest beach within walking distance isn't clean. Again, not a problem with a car, there are lots of good beaches within 20-30 mins by car. We enjoyed staying there!
