Just 200 metres from Stavanger Train Station and 500 metres from the harbour, this hotel offers free Wi-Fi access in all areas. All rooms include a minibar and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Staff, very good. Location good BUT car access very poor. Accessibilty room: bathroom excellent BUT bed far to low, and dangerously difficult for a disabled person to use. Bedding cleanliness very poor. Breakfasts: reasonable but limited choices of cooked food.

“Simple and easy to relax without any distractions.”
Good choice, nice and quiet, comfortable seating, enough room to get around without bumping into chairs or tables. Just a good start to the day with breakfast. Reception was helpful and let me use a phone charger.

“very comfortable stay”
We stayed only one night – the location was excellent, the room was spacious and well-equipped. There was a kettle, coffee, tea, a hairdryer, and a TV. Breakfast was available and there was a loggia with a bar. A very pleasant stay. The hotel has a locker, so we could leave our luggage there after checkout and pick it up the evening before our flight – a real plus :)

“Nice hotel to stay in Stavanger: easy to walk from center and amazing breakfast”
Breakfast is amazing. It is without any doubt the best thing of this accommodation. About location is also pretty good but strange, the hotel is in an area that looks like suburbs. I mean: parking slots everywhere, limited zebra crossings, lot of renting car business, no shops, etc. However, it is just to walk 5 minutes and you are in the center! So, it is like living in the first line of suburbs in a very small city.

The room is decent in size I was upgraded as I had Booked Scandic Park but due to low booking the hotel was shut so I was automatically upgraded to a sister concern Hotel Scandic Royal
