The beds were not made. Only the towel we left on the floor was changed. The guy at the reception told us that this is normal in Norway. This is not the first hotel I stayed at in Norway and to me this is not the norm

I had to ask everyday to clean the room. The default is that you do it yourself!!!!!. The bed was never made when the room was cleaned. I do not think this is a good service. If I pay a hotel I expect to rest and I had to do the same work as at home.

The hotel is very centrally located. The staff is friendly but reserved. The breakfast buffet is very good, as is the room. No free parking.

“Great choice”
Central Location - you can walk everywhere - old town, cruise port , colorful street ......and there is a bus station across the street to go further like to the 3 Swords in the Rock , Airport shuttle bus can pick you up in front of the hotel which is great, Room excellent , Breakfast great , Stuff polite, Christmas's trees .......all
