“Unique and magical property in a stunning and tranquil location”
This converted boathouse gave us a truly magical and unique stay. The location is breathtaking- in a silent, peaceful location right on the water’s edge with incredible views. For a boathouse, it is amazingly cosy and well-equipped, with a kitchen, sofa, dining table, all the facilities you might need and good heating. The owners have done a fantastic job in turning their boathouse into something special and we would stay there again without hesitation.

“Definitely a trip to remember: we sailed along the fjords, hiked up Pulpit Rock and had a lovely stay at Roalad’s pier.”
Exceptionally clean property with all the comforts of home and our favourite spot was the decking that was situated on the water - beautiful!

I have traveled a lot in my life but I’ve never seen anything like it. as staying in heaven, I had the opportunity to see the best sunset of my life. What a great little Boathouse! Great atmosphere, gorgeous view, lovely neighbourhood- what is there not to like? Feels so far away from the city but only took a few minutes to be there. Great host with great communication- we loved it! This little cabin was so different from our other holiday accommodation - so relaxing!

A cozy boat house with a great atmosphere directly on a private pier with a nice view. Lovely and supportive hosts. Quiet. Swimming and kayaking from the pier possible. Not too far from Stavanger center by car. Perfect to relax.

“Better than expected”
Very lovely place. Better than on the pictures. Beautiful view, own patio with fireplace. Pair of swans coming every morning. Very romantic we booked it and we got engaged on preikenstolen. Owner is very kind and helpful (he also is a guide for mountain trips). I can strongly recommend it, surely we will come back!
