While not in the city center, Hinna Paradise is central enough to get there quickly by car or bike - Walking would be a somewhat bigger undertaking.

The property was over 2 floors and was so spacious. There was six of us but we could have got lost there was so much room. The location and parking facilities are just perfect.The photos really don’t do this property justice.

Absolutely terrible experience. I stayed here for only two days and it was awful. There is ZERO privacy — the host walked into the house, knocking on my door all the time, and even asked me to wash his apartment. The sheets were bad quality, and he even tried to charge me extra money for pillows. On top of that, he asked money in cash or vipps which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would never stay here again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

“Very disappointing basement rooms”

Unfortunately there are many things that didn't go well with our stay. In the first place, the apartment was in a basement. As you can expect the rooms are therefore quite dark and humid. This is not made clear in the announcement, and this is quite an important detail to make clear. Additionally some of the curtains where not working and full of holes. There was a treadmill stored in the apartment. It looked as they were using these rooms as basement storage, and that is also not a nice thing to do, to rent a basement storage as an apartment. There were also the power outlets close to this machine, they were falling apart from the wall, it looked like a serious hazard. Regarding the host, I find it ridiculous that we were granted only one set of keys for the apartment, specially considering it was quite clear there were two adults checking in. The communication was... not good. We were talking beforehand regarding our arrival, and when we went into the location we found out that the normal roads to reach the place were blocked due to construction and the public transportation (bus) didn't allow us to get there as expected, we had to do a long round around up the hills while still carrying our luggage, it would have been considerate to at least mention this during all the communications. Finally there is a complaint that is both against the actual lodging and against booking.com itself: The allowed behavior to hide in extra costs (like cost for linen and cleaning) deep in the description or conditions is distorting and exploitative. It makes it difficult to compare prices with other more honest publications where the whole cost is included in the search results and it feels a little bit like a scam. In this regard I also find it inadequate that having agreed to pay for linens beforehand, at the time when we arrived the linings were not there and we had to wait for them to be provided, and also to install them ourselves... what do you pay for here?

Not worth the price you pay to live in a dark basement which was not mentioned transparent in the description.It costs for bed linen and towels, you need to do the perfect cleaning like the service otherwise they would charge you 500nok. Always abit smelly in bathroom,one of the window was broken

The apartment is full of dust and dirt. We didn't have electricity for 11 hours, the host knew it and didn't inform us about it before the stay. We found this out after the power went out. He was unpleasant to call.
