Complete lack of consideration in human being. They are just opened to make business and does not take into account any unexpected request you may have. This experience has left us with a very negative feeling of the hotel and its customer service.

There was no body soap or shampoo in the bathroom. No milk for the tea and coffee. Room was absolutely fine and comfortable. Very hot though. Great location for exploring Stavanger.

my flights were cancelled 5 minutes after I booked the hotel. i immediately requested a refund but they refused. I think this is unfair within such a short time.

You're not getting in until you receive the confirmation text with the password to get into the building as there is no one at reception - but once you receive that, everything works amazingly well.

Great place to stay ,great location this is more of an apartment hotel ,so no staff ,check in was easy ,housekeeping great fresh towels every day ,you dont even get that in bigger hotels

“Perfect place during short visit”
Central, cosy room and spacious bathroom with a nice modern stand in shower, high ceiling, good towels and pleasant toiletries, warm room (set on 23deg C) with adjustable thermostat, crispy clean white bedding on nice soft bed and new clean pillow, spacious wardrobe with hangers, very friendly cleaning personnel and easy in/out self check in/out practice.

Room was worn down, the toilet paper was dirty (specs of something that looked like ear wax on it), very dusty, no shampoo or body soap in the shower, hair on the bed.
