Location of flat is near by Scandic Royal Hotel, which is in central part of city, you have 5 minutes till you get to harbor and to centrum and also like 7 minutes till you get to the main station (bus, train). Communication with landlord has been great , you can contact him also trough emails or whatsup and you get the key with correct instructions through email.

“Lovely, quiet apartment in central Stavanger”
Clean, quiet apartment in a great location. Easy walking distance to the harbour, supermarket, old town and shopping district.

everything is ok. only my room is on the top floor. 3rd floor. no lift. have to lift my luggage which weighs 25 kg. what do you think? There is no information that the room I rent does not have an elevator.

I like everything about this apartment. The bulding inside maybe is looking old, but inside the apartment is awesome. I like the design of the apartment. We didn't meet the host, but he was kind and always available for informations.

The location was excellent close enough to the harbour area fior all the shoos and restaurants but far enough out to not hear the noise.
