The staff greeted me and were very friendly and welcoming. They were having issues with TV service in the rooms so they gave me a great explanation of the best way to get the TV to work properly. I thought that was very helpful. The hotel could use some updating, but it had everything I needed and was squeaky clean. The shopping plaza right around the corner had a liquor store and an amazing Thai food restaurant. I got some take out and it was fabulous!

I don't know. I didn't get to make it and I cancelled my reservations and the motel waited until Sunday to charge my account for the room that they cancelled.

The Desk Clerk upon check-in was lovely to work with, however there was an issue that my reservation for both rooms couldn't be located in their system and because of this I wasn't charged the same price for both rooms. It also wasn't disclosed at the time of the reservation the motel requires a $50 deposit against any potential damages to the motel. This deposit isn't immediately returned upon check out. The Pool was open and while small in size and needed a chemical clean to the water, it was nice to be able to use the amenity. The rooms were clean and the AC was turned on prior to our arrival (95+ degree heat outside THIS was VERY much appreciated!!!), water pressure in the shower was good enough, the beds were comfortable (would have liked more than two small pillows on each bed)

“Unclean, unfriendly, didn't have normal supplies, no bkfst as advertised”
Sheets and pillow cases were dirty, the room smelled of smoke and body odor. They didn't provide washcloths. When we asked for some twice was told they bring them which they did not. At check in we asked for late check out never given a direct answer. There was no continental breakfast as advertised. There was no bkfst at all.

Leftover food in the refrigerator upon arrival, bathroom was not terribly clean, no remote control for the TV, but the biggest problem was bedbugs, which is disgusting and unacceptable in any circumstance. Would not recommend this facility to anyone at any time.
