Excellent rooms and very helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and will equipped, the washroom was excellent and very clean. The surrounding area to the hotel was also very nice.

This was a perfect location for a group traveling into Penn State for a middle school sports tournament. The property was safe, affordable and providing great amenities.

I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. All hotel and wait staff were wonderful.

Heater unit did not work. We were very cold because the bedding is thin on top of the room being cold. The unit was making a loud sound all night too.

Shuttle bus facility

Although we did not use it, there is a complimentary shuttle that will take you anywhere you want to go within a 5 mile radius of the hotel.

I called and asked if they had toothpaste at the front desk as I had forgotten mine. I was getting ready to go downstairs when there was a knock at my door ...the staff were thoughtful and brought it right up to my room. They also had good recommendations for places to eat and shared other details that made our stay so nice.

The staff are amazing especially Leann at the front desk. Everyone we met there except for one server at the Gardens was exceptional.
