Janja and Bernard are incredible hosts. They made us feel very welcome and were helpful, for example they would advise us with local attractions, so if you don’t have a concrete plan, just ask them. The breakfasts are insane: always something to chose from, not the same every day, homemade eco-products, you must try the focaccia, and if you’re lucky the banana cake is so good. When it comes to the house, the rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished with huge dining room and kitchen. Herbs aroma is present in all common spaces and that is a nice detail. Stylish rustic interior with quality furniture and beautiful lamps. The garden is big and nice for relaxing. There is plenty of kitchen gadgets, plates and cutlery. It was a pleasure to cook there. There was enough space to keep our bikes inside as well. The area surrounding is very nice as well. Cute village, close to nature and quiet. There are sheep very close and you can see the mountains. The hosts invited us to their house for homemade burgers from their own cows. That was an amazing evening and the highlight of the stay.

“The perfect Villa and hosts”

A spacious and stunningly beautiful villa, great location' impeccably clean with a lovely scent throughout the house. It has three large bedrooms with big beds and another spacious bedroom with two single beds, a large and luxurious bathroom with double sinks and a toilet, plus a separate and spacious additional toilet. The kitchen is large, fully equipped, and a pleasure to cook in. The garden is gorgeous, with outdoor tables and chairs — truly, the villa and its facilities are just perfect. Yet, the most amazing thing about the Bajer villa is Janja and Bernard, the most wonderful, warm, and generous hosts you could ask for. Whatever we needed, they were there with a smile and kindness. Every morning they came to prepare a beautiful, delicious, and indulgent breakfast for us. They also invited us to visit their own gorgeous private villa, where we enjoyed a fantastic, tasty dinner at a very fair price — including a visit to their authentic and thoughtfully designed farm. We were lucky to spend time in an amazing villa and to gain two new hosts as friends. Thank you, dear Janja and Bernard — it was simply a perfect pleasure!

Location out of the way, quiet. Good breakfast prepared by the hosts from local products. Large backyard with potential so some place could be prepared for games such as badbington, volleyball, etc.

We highly recommend staying at Villa Bajer. Located in a beautiful and quiet area, the house is very comfortable. A luxurious villa, extremely clean, is equipped with everything you need and even more. The villa is furnished in a rustic style, but is also very modern, the furniture and decorations are refined to the smallest detail. Wonderful towels and bedding. It was a pleasure to spend time here. In addition, Janja and Bernard gave our family special attention, fed us with delicacies prepared by themselves, which we sincerely recommend, took us on a fantastic trip to Sneznik, suggested many activities. When we arrived at the villa very late, They left dinner for us in the kitchen. This place, thanks to Them, is a real showcase of Slovenia - beautiful, hospitable, caring for nature and animals. “An amazing house with super cool hosts who have plenty to offer and show at their property.”

The house itself was perfectly equipped and clean. It is great for groups (up to 8 people) since it is very spacious and comfortable. Everything in the house seems rather new and maintained with care. Even the yard and the space around the house are very attractive with a well-kept lawn. The hosts, Janja, Bernard and Tine are super friendly and approachable. We also visited their property (which is just a few minutes away) where they keep their cattle (unique breeds) and tried some incredible home made burgers prepaired with their own meat and amazing dry aged steaks. We enjoyed their company during the dinner and a bunch of interesting stories. We definitely plan to repeat the entire experience and would recommend it to everyone.
