“Simply perfect place on Hvar island”
We recently spent two weeks at the Vacation House Punta sunca. The location was simply perfect, with it's own private swimming area with stone deck allowing us to enjoy the sea and sun whenever we pleased, mooring rope for our boat, a beautiful garden that added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The house itself it's idilic, careful designed and full of history, with an completely equipped kitchen, very nice sea view from the upstairs bedroom, clean and nice furnitured bathrooms, perfectly feet for a family of four. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality of the owners, Andrea and her father, Boris. They were incredibly friendly and supportive, awaited us with a basket full of fruits, natural made gems, offered us tips and a great support for all our requests. Their warmth and genuine care for their guests truly made us feel at home away from home. You can access the house from the Stari Grad town with the car in 15-20 min. I highly recommend this vacation house for all the nature lovers how are looking for a serene and enjoyable stay on Hvar island. We'll definitely come back. :)

“Definitely a place to return to”
Excellent location and an ideal place to get away from busy life and be alone with nature. The host was very friendly and helpful. A family villa with history, the owners are passionate about nature and the sea and share it with all guests. I would recommend renting a boat to explore the beautiful beaches and visit the local restaurants.

“A wonderful and amazing place on earth”
We spent 10 nights at Mlaki Rot and it was paradise. House comfortable, clean, enough space. A lot of space outside, a big garden for your own! Our dog loved it! Water cristal clear, easy to get in and out. Andrea and her father were so friendly- they did a barbecue for us and were always helpful! Some restaurants around, stari grad is a beautiful lovely small town and with boat taxi it is a great adventure and easy way to get everywhere (apart from car). We will come back!
