We used Google maps to find the property and while standing in the street wondering if we'd found the right place, we were met by Mr Primorac himself. Lovely.

Great location in the middle of the old town, all the amenities you need plus a free private parking spot. But the best are Mr. Primorac and his wife, who are absolutely lovely hosts!

The accommodation is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Hvar’s Old Town, just steps away from all attractions, restaurants, and shops. The owner was very kind and helped us arrange parking, which was a big help. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The internet connection was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable.

Apartment is very cozy, clean and you have everything you need. The host was polite and friendly. Told us some interesting stories about Stari Grad history. House is situated in a city center in a small quiet street. You can feel summer energy of a small dalmatian city but still enjoy silence and peace in this place.

I stayed in Primorac apt for 6 nights but wish it would be 10. The location was perfect! In the heart of Stari Grad town, extremely beautiful old town. All the shops were at the walking distance from apartment, and about 4-5 nice cafes or restaurants were placed right behind the corner. The beach was a little further from the place, but still easy to reach A very clean place, organized with love. The hosts were extremely nice and ready to help with any problem I could have. Their hospitality is the reason which made my stay three times better than it could be! Zvonimir told me a lot of interesting facts about the city and helped with the map, and Aida (I hope I remember her name right, unfortunately we didn't talk too much) was really nice and patient while helping me in a fight with a washing machine. Apartment have everything you need or could need, even beach towels for those who forgot or didn't bring theirs. I want to say big thank you to my hosts and I hope I can visit the same place again in the future :)

Located in a great location - just a few meters away from the main waterfront in Stari Grad. There's plenty of restaurants, shops and views to keep you busy. There's a small beach a few hundred metres walk. During the evenings, there's a lookout to watch the sunset. Our host was welcoming and friendly not to mention the whole community.

Absolutely amazing place. Our host was lovely. He allowed us to leave our bags early (while he cleaned) to save us carting our suitcases around Stari Grad. The apartment is beautiful, with stone walls and patterned floors. There is even a rocking chair. The shower was good and there is a washing machine. The house is really close to Stari Grad centre and it is very close to cafes and also to , the supermarket. We wanted to stay for longer and I would definitely return.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful - greeted us on arrival for the key exchange with a cold beer. The apartment itself is very clean, efficient, and in an excellent location. It's tucked away from the more touristic areas, but a short walk many great shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. It was the perfect place to stay and I highly recommend to anyone looking for simple accommodations in Stari Grad.

It was one of the best places i’ve ever stayed. The location is perfect, it’s in the centre of the city. Amazing atmospheric place. Absolutely authentic vibes! This apartment has everything you need: fridge, washing machine, air conditioner, hairdryer. It’s big and clean. Also there are table and chairs outside in the street so it is good to have a breakfast outdoors :) And there was a little surprise: hosts put two cold beers and water in the fridge for us.
