The hotel’s General Manager handled a situation of customer discomfort unsatisfactorily. In a role like hers, empathy isn’t optional — it’s essential. In this case, it was completely lacking, and at one point I even felt mocked. Although the hotel’s services are generally good, this experience leads me not to recommend it.

The hotel is awesome. The personnel was very polite and helpful. The room was tidy and clean and I missed nothing. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with lot of variety. Unfortunately I could not try the spa.

“Perfect for a family stay”
Lovely hotel. Perfect for a family. Children’s play room, swimming pool (including kids area) and sauna also great. Amazing breakfast buffet with plenty to choose from. Staff helpful too.

“Was a good business hotel”
Very clean and efficient run hotel. Staff were very welcoming and the food good too! Location and price hard to judge as were staying specifically for MSPO Exhibition which was 45 mins away and I’m sure price reflected the demand too

Spacious, comfortable Room provides excellent opportunities for resting. I really liked that it was quiet and peaceful even thought there were lots of guests (also with small kids) in a hotel. You can stay here with dogs.
