The apartment has a stunning view, it is well designed and clean, big enough, with everything you need inside, very close to the beach, practically around 40 steps away. The host, Gordana, is a very nice person, always ready to help you with what you need or to give you a good advice regarding to what is interesting to visit on the Dalmatian coast.

The stay was truly memorable. Mrs. Gordona was absolutely wonderful – she made me feel at home. A person who genuinely wants the best for her guests, generous and caring, a true friend. The apartment was super clean and well organized, with everything needed for a great holiday. The beach is just down the stairs, almost private and very beautiful (in my opinion, the best beach in the area). On the main street, there are three supermarkets where you can buy the basics; for more variety, you’ll need to go to Omis or Split (e.g., Lidl). Private parking is available, which is very important in Croatia. I highly recommend this place – perfect for amazing beach days, with the possibility of taking trips to the waterfalls, Punta Rata, Omis, Trogir, Split, Primosten, and so on. A big thank you to Mrs. Gordona!

“Amazing view”
Extremely kind host, amazing view, very clean apartment with all the stuff we needed. The sea was amazing and a maximum 5 minutes walk.Beach restaurant and other city restaurants are also very good. Silent neighbourhood, good for a calm vacation.

Gordana was an amazing, helpful host. We had beautiful views. Extremely clean apartment. Fantastic location very to close to Omis historic village, and 45 mins to Split. Comfortable beds. Beach gear loaned to us from Gordana. Easy access via steps to an enchanting pebble beach. Convenient shop across the road and restaurants! Our apartment had an undercover table and chairs to dine outside. All had their own balcony with sea view. Parking!

The location is amazing, away from the tourist trail. Easy bus ride from split although there is parking. Close to a supermarket, restaurants and the water. Spotlessly clean, nothing fussy. Brand new bathroom. Host was amazing.

Comfortable apartments with a beautiful view of the sea, beaches just around the corner, shops, market, bakery and restaurants in easy reach, and a warm-hearted host. Roko has it all. If you are willing to climb some steps to get around and don't mind the lack of walking opportunity after a delicious dinner in España, this is a great choice.

The room was cute and very clean, it had all you need on a vacation. The beach is not far, water is clean, refreshing and just devine. The best thing about the stay was the host - Gordana is kind and sweet, and makes the best breakfast you can wish for on a holiday. We will definitely come back🙂

Great location, beautiful scenery. Ideal for family with kids. Our host Ms. Gordana was very helpful and pleasant. The area offers a lot of activities. The kids were very happy and so were we :-).
