Overview
Villa Elizea is located in Kato Stalos of Chania, only 80 metres from the sandy beach. Operating year-round, the family-run hotel offers traditionally styled self-catered studios with sea or garden views. The spacious studios are fitted with carefully chosen furniture, and feature a kitchenette area with fridge. Modern media includes free Wi-Fi, DVD/CD player, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Guests have access to the sea-view terrace of Villa Elizea featuring sun beds where they can relax and enjoy the Cretan sun. The Elizea is only 4 km from Platanias and 6 km from downtown Chania. The multilingual staff will be happy to assist guests with area information.

Was very close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The host, Niko and Elizea were fabulous, very helpful and everything was fine, we had a chat every day, make us feel at home. Will recommend to anyone.

The owners were absolutely fantastic. I was greeted with a very surprising fridge full of fruit and water with complementary wine tea and coffee.

“A Hidden Gem”
Elizea and Nikolas were exceptional host from beginning to end of our 18day stay with them. On arrival we had a fridge full of fruit, milk and water also coffee etc to make hot drinks and 2 bottles of wine to welcome us Great Air con and free WIF, even mosquitoburner for outside on balcony and plug in ones for the room.They thought of everything. They would always ask if we needed anything everyday. Clean bedding and towels changed regularly sometimes towels everyday. Bins emptied everyday and cleaner every other day. Excellent quality of service we would highly recommend staying at Villa Elizea I wish we could have stayed for the rest of the summer it was sad to say goodbye. Definitely will be back next year. Thank you both Elizea and Niko xx

“Lovely Cretan Hospitality”
My hostess Elizea arranged a reliable taxi transfer from the airport and my driver welcomed me with a handshake and bottle of cold water in the car. Elizea greeted me warmly upon arrival at her studios and spent time showing me my room. The complimentary wine, fruit and coffee was much appreciated. Room 4 provided me with stunning sunrise views over Chania and shade late afternoon and evening after the beach. The bed was large and comfortable. There's everything you need to self-cater in the kitchenette. Travelling alone and with a recent injury, the beach and supermarkets were ideally in close proximity to the apartment. Elizea and all the locals I met during my stay were most friendly and hospitable.

“We loved it! We initially booked 8 days and then decided to book a couple of more.”
Comfy room and wonderful host. This villa is the prettiest around, with the beautiful tall flowers, and decorative objects around. The beach is easy to reach, just across the street. It has a nice rooftop, covered by delicious grapes, from where to stare at the open sea. We had everything we needed in the room, and a nice balcony to chill and +bonus for the umbrella. The place is very clean with a homey feeling. The couple hosts are the most kind-hearted people and caring I have ever meet in my travelling years, and Elizea's hospitality and her husband attention to the decorations reflects in the beauty of this place. n.b. WIFI here was great, really great, I could stream movies while my partner had a zoom meeting!
