New and comfortable house with a large terrace and driveway, well equipped.

We spent there two weeks and it was a lovely stay.

We stayed here for 7 days and were very satisfied with everything. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful, always ready to find a solution for any request we had. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, very close to tavernas, shops, and everything a tourist might need. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely choose it again in the future.

This is a great spot - close to the town which has a good selection of restaurants and everything else you might need. Anna and Christos were fantastic hosts - the villa was clean spacious with amazing views.

The Maison was stunning and surrounded by greenery and garden, having different kind of fruit trees and flowers and the backyard was very beautiful with a sea view. It was very clean and had all amenities e.g. fully equipped kitchen, very big living room, 3 bedrooms on first floor, dining area with sea view. The property is located in close proximity to beach and supermarket with a 5 min walk. The owners live next to you and have friendly demeanour.

“A pleasant stay in Stalos, in a quiet and peaceful surrounding”

-The host was very nice. We had good communication prior and during our stay. -We received the Penelope villa, arranged on 2 levels. The villa has free parking spots, a wonderful panorama, a good location (in a quiet place, only at 5-7 minutes walk from the beach), a generous terrace and plenty of space inside. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations. -The beds were comfortable, with spotless white sheets. -If you need AC, each room has one. -We liked the outdoor landscaping. The garden is tidy and has different trees and green plants, that creates an intimate and peaceful space. We spent each morning sitting on the terrace, sipping a coffee and looking at the view in front of us. Overall, you'll find everything that you need for your stay. And if not, the host is easy to reach and ready to help you.

Perfect location, brand new house. Perfect view of the sea. Huge terrace. Very quite location but near everything that you will want. Hosts were perfect in honoring anything that you want. Fast internet. 3 bathrooms.

“perfect for a relaxing vacation with children”

we were travelling as family with 2 children (3+6y). the hosts (Anna & Christos) were super friendly and flexible and provided us with some food and fruits (and sometimes eggs from their own chickens). the appartment was great for us, a little on the hill and mostly quiet. only a few minutes to walk down to the main street (restaurants and super markets) or to the beach. not luxurious but nothing we missed

Maisonette houses «Osase» is clear, spacious and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms (There are no double beds in the maisonette. Its just stand next to each other.), 1 bathroom with bath and toilet and common area on the 1-st floor. The balcony overlooking the sea. There are big kitchen, big common area and 1 bathroom with toilet and small bath area (It was not convenient to use the shower, but the toilet is very appropriate here) on the 0 floor. The terrace also offers a view of the sea. We thank the owners of the maisonette for the wine, olive oil and water that were waiting for us upon arrival. They are very friendly, positive and ready to answer any questions you may have. Every three days, the maisonette was cleaned and the linens and towels were changed. If you don't pay attention to the little things, then in this part of Crete there are beautiful sandy beaches, a warm sea, many cafes and restaurants where you can eat deliciously and have a great time. Just after the traffic lights, after entering Stalos on the right there is a very tasty bakery, and a little further on the left there is fresh meat (pork, beef and lamb). Unfortunately, we did not find any fresh fish in Stalos. But in Chania, there are octopuses, squids, shrimps, and You can buy several types of fish (seabass, seabream, etc.) A ticket to Chania costs 2 euros. It can be purchased from the bus conductor. The fish shop is located across the street from the public bus station, how to go to the historical part of the city. Renting a car in this part of Crete turned out to be more expensive than near Heralion and Ierapetra: for 60 euros a day, you can rent a 5-seater car, and for 90 euros a day - a 7-seater with unlimited mileage and full insurance.

“Great vacation in a great villa”

Nice apartment with sea view in a quiet and peaceful location. Very friendly and helpful owners who live next door. Kato Stalos beach, supermarkets and local tavernas with excellent food are 5-10 minutes leisurely walk away. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends. We really enjoyed our vacation!

“A Pleasant Week in Crete”

The location is very good. We rented a car and it was a short, easy drive from the airport--even at night. There is also a good bus in walking distance that takes your right in to Chania, which has plenty of shops and restaurants. Near the house, too, there are restaurants, cafes, and basic grocery shopping in walking distance. A public beach is close, too. The hosts were excellent. They met us upon arrival, spoke respectable English, and were available to answer any questions.

The accommodation was by far the best choice you could make. The price was excellent for what it has to offer, gorgeous view from every corner of the house, very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in the middle of nature, great restaurants nearby and the beach a few steps away, with perfect sand and water! A lot of space in the house. Christos and his wife were extremely kind, they offered us many recommendations and an extremely delicious typical Cretan dessert. Thanks for the great experience!
