We spent a wonderful week at Kristall Suites in Kato Stalos, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place for our holiday. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Here is what we loved the most: The hotel is literally 10 meters away from the sea. It is located on the main street, surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and shops. There is also a bus station right across the street, and a ticket to Chania is only €2.20. Our room was modern, impeccably clean, and the entire property is very well-maintained. Despite being on the main street, the room was incredibly quiet—no noise at all. The mattress was comfortable, and the pillows were great (which was a huge plus for me, as I can only sleep on firm pillows!). The host, Kristine, is incredibly kind and helpful. A special shout-out to Lina, the housekeeper, who is hardworking and did an amazing job cleaning our room daily and changing the towels every two days. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Thank you, Kristine and Lina, for making our holiday so special!

We had a wonderful stay at Kristall Suites, a lovely family-owned business. Christina welcomed us warmly even before check-in time and, since the room wasn’t booked after us, she kindly let us check out later. We even offered to pay a late checkout fee, but she refused — such thoughtful hospitality really stood out. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well equipped, with a balcony overlooking the sea where you could hear the waves. The location is perfect too - right on the beach with sunbeds reserved for guests and good tavernas and shops nearby. Overall, Kristall Suites combines comfort, an unbeatable location, and the genuine warmth of a family-run hotel. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartments, kind and attentive hosts, a beach, and sun loungers under a fir tree—the perfect option in the heat. Cleaning every day, spotlessly clean, like a hospital. Listen to the owner who says that you should only park your car in the hotel parking lot) If you don't want to see a surprise in the morning😀

The owner and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The complex is beautiful and the apartment lovely, with lots of thoughtful touches and is in an excellent location. There are fabulous restaurants nearby. The apartment was cleaned daily and although I was only there for 6 nights, the linen was changed mid stay as well as regular towel changes. There are plenty of sunbeds!

“A Peaceful Beachfront Gem in Stalós”

Perfect for anyone seeking both tranquility and a true beachfront experience. It’s amazing to have beach service (chairs and umbrellas), almost like having a private stretch of sand just for the hotel, while still enjoying complete silence and peace in this place. The hotel itself is wonderful: open, airy, with a spacious studio and a kitchen equipped with good utensils. But the real treasure here is the host. Christina is always willing to help, truly a very special person, and her mother is just as lovely. For my husband’s birthday, Christina arranged a cake at a very fair price and even helped me with the surprise. The small village of Stalós has everything nearby: mini-markets, plenty of dining options, and a few cozy bars. I will definitely return with my husband for another romantic getaway.

This cozy and amazing location seems to be like a little paradise. The building painted in white and turquoise right on the beach with excellent sand for kids to play , super clean water and not crowded. The rooms are very big , all facing the mediterranean sea , equipped with everything you might need and very clean. The hosts are amazing, very friendly and helpful and made our staying wonderful. We initially planned to go around the island , but we ended up visiting only 2 other beaches because we loved so much this location that we were looking forward to return and spend our time there. Congratulations to Cristina for the way she is managing this place and super many thanks! The pictures couldn't reflect the reality because you actually must be there... and than that " wowww" . Near are several very good Tavernas where you could enjoy greek cuisine .

Our stay at Kristall suites was wonderful. The owners were very friendly and responsive to all our questions and needs. The location is perfect. The beach offers free sunbeds and umbrellas for guests. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and bed linens every two days. The beach is ideal for families with children. There are shops and cafes nearby. Although Google Maps shows limited access by bus, the nearest bus stop, "Galina stop," is just 50 meters away. It's a 30-minute bus ride to the city center, with buses running every 20 minutes. It's also convenient to get from the airport to the city center by bus—buses run every 45 minutes. We were very satisfied with our stay at this place.🤩

Every day was room clean-up. Every day was dressed up our bed. Every day, the interior's towels have been changed. We had separate towels available for the beach On the beach, there are private sun beds and a sweet water shower. Very well-accommodated kitchen space.

The location was excellent – not far from Chania Airport and very close to the center of Chania. It's a peaceful area with great restaurants and shops nearby, plus a little fruit stand just next door. The host was absolutely amazing! Her warm energy made us feel like we were visiting family on holiday. We felt truly at home – I can't remember ever experiencing such hospitality. As a welcome gift, we received delicious homemade apricots, ice cream, and even a small fan toy for our child. At breakfast, we had the chance to try some local homemade cheese, which was a lovely touch. The apartment was cleaned daily, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. You can walk to the beach in your swimsuit, where you'll find free sunbeds and beach towels waiting for you. Simply amaziiing!

“We felt like home”

We stayed here 5 nights, my husband, myself and our baby daughter. I can say we felt like home, Mary and her mother are so nice, the most welcoming hosts. The property is right on the beach with its own beach area, the room had amazing sea view and it was very clean, equipped with everything you need. Our stay was very comfortable here and definitely we will be back here for our next trip to Crete. When we left I had the feeling I say goodbye to some old friends not to the property management. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

This was our second stay at Kristall Suites. We highly recommended it after our first visit and gave maximum points. If it was possible we would give even a higher rating after the second visit, but we have to stay with 10 as this is the maximum. Positive: 1. Family-owned business – made you feel at home, with warm welcome, easy communication. 2. Location – right on the beach, with free sunbeds and umbrellas. 3. We liked the fact that in the 3 years since our first visit, they improved the rooms with new furniture, paint, soft towels, glass balcony for a better view. This shows that they are committed in offering the best experience to their guests. 4. The 2 trees that create a refreshing shadow on the beach during noon time. 5. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great view from balcony, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, the air conditioning can be set independently in both rooms. 6. Bus station for Chania only 50 meters away. 7. Supermarket for grocery / souvenirs in proximity. 8. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

We stayed here when we had our wedding in Chania with some of our closest friends and family. Everyone at Kristall was very welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate our every need. They even surprised us by decorating the terrace and the garden for the moment our photographer would come for our “getting ready” photo session. We loved the view from our room, loved the shade in the terrace and, of course, the beach acces. It was nice and comfortable especially for the families that were there with their children.

The location of the property is amazing, just a few steps away from the beach. Beautiful and clean sandy beach with private sun beds and umbrellas (included for free) The apartment was spacious, was cleaned every day. Everything was just great: very friendly staff, clean rooms, fantastic view from balcony, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen. It's very conveniently located, near a few grocery and souvenir shops, and just a few bus stops from Chania. The owners were extremely nice and helpful.

Excellent location, at the beach, just had to go down a couple of steps :) Very nice and available host. The apartment was cleaned daily. The showers at the beach were a very nice addition this year. The apartment was comfortable with nice balconies with beach view. The building and outside areas are very well maintained and very pleasant. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and a very nice fruit stand. Definitely a place to come back to!
