Overview
Right on the beach of Stalos, Kato Stalos Beach offers self-catered accommodation with a private balcony. It is surrounded by palm and bougainvillea trees and it lies within short walking distance from taverns and bars. Guests can choose among studios or one-bedroom apartments, all with a kitchenette including a mini fridge and cooking rings. Each has a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as a TV. Some accommodation types enjoy views of the Cretan Sea. Kato Stalos Beach is located 8 km from the Old Town of Chania with its Venetian buildings and the famous lighthouse. Souda Port is around 15 km away and Chania International Airport is at 21 km. Free, private parking is possible on site.

It is a perfect place for your holiday, right on the beach that exceed my expectations. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis, and the owners were always at our service. Definitely a value for money. I would gladly recommend Kato Stalos Beach to everyone interested in visiting Crete. Thank you Giannis and Ileana, till the next time!

“A lovely destination with a private beach, close to restaurants and shops. Friendly hosts. Would recommend!”
Fabulous hosts, a family atmosphere, private beach with sunbeds. The rooms have a simple design, but there is everything that you may need (except a hairdryer). We stayed there two years in a row and noticed other guests also return there regularly, so you can make friends.

“Amazing Beachfront Stay with Superb Hospitality”
The location is excellent, directly on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sea – simply stunning. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are just a few minutes away, which made everything very convenient. The room was cleaned daily and kept spotless throughout our stay. The owner and the team were extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. A great bonus was the free sunbeds on the beach, perfect for relaxing right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable beach holiday!

We had an absolutely perfect vacation! The accommodation was perfect, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Restaurant nearby, easy access to the Transportation. Beach is just infront of us, that i was able to just seat at the balcon and looking at the ocean. On top of that, the hosts (Jannis and Father), including the lady staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home We couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommended. We will surely comeback.

“Excellent value for money!”
Overall experience was excellent! Felt right at home at this small family run hotel! The owner is a great host, always around to make sure everyone is happy, and sometimes even spoils guests with delicious homemade dish or fresh vegetables from his own garden! You're literally steps from the beach and crystal-clear sea, and everything is impeccably clean.

Giannis, his father and the cleaning lady are very nice and helpful! Very good location, clean beach and free sunbeds. The bus stop is near, called Kato Stalos Gallini. There are shops and tavernas nearby. The kitchen has everything you need, and there is a small nice balcony. We would definitely like to stay here again
