“Fantastic and would recommend to anybody.”
It had everything I needed, nice and helpful staff and great location. There was a nice poolside bar that played music and it was a nice relaxing atmosphere.

“Return guests”
Great location, rooms cleaned daily. Lovely clean pool area and really friendly staff. Large room with a supersized balcony. Anyone worrying over negative reviews, please ignore. The team cannot do enough to ensure you have a fantastic holiday.

“Loved it except the music by the pool (this would make us not go back).”
Excellent location - just off main road into Chania and Agia Marina, and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are very clean, beds comfortable, air con is great. Great pool - it was not too busy, there were always enough sun loungers for everyone

“STAY AWAY, This place is beyond awful, worst hotel I have ever stayed in”
Nothing, the place was a dump, the staff where non existent and when you did get to see them they where absolutely useless. after one night we decided to change hotels (arrived late in the evening, no AC instructions, controller behind front desk, sofa stained, beds so hard like sleeping on boards, overlooking the main road so very noisy and such a jumble of kitchen items, nothing matched, I had better when I was a poor student in a bedsit), we told the desk that we where not happy and we wanted a refund, they DID NOT ask us why just said we had to contact Booking.com and we could have a refund. Booking.com contacted the hotel and they said they did not know we had an issue and wanted to investigate. This is a scam, you leave thinking you will get a refund, the hotel agrees with you that you can, but then say no to Booking.com and by then the hotel has your money. They are not interested in improving, they are interested in getting your money and delivery zero service. We moved to a hotel up the road call the Hermes, chalk and cheese, the Hermes saved our vacation, check them out instead, you will not regret it.

“Disappointed”
Overall what I have paid didn't met the expectations. Room tidines is poor curtains very dirty and broken. The sofas with dirt marks seen some other people hair when arrive to the room. The photos misleading I have booked room with sea view and I got bushes view when I asked about it the said I got room on the beach side I didn't paid to stay on the beach side I did paid for sea view...The information on the booking.com is misleading photos too as it far away from reality.There was no hairdryer so I had to every single time stay with wet hair. When I asked if there is anything they can do about it nobody been able to talk to me or resolve it. The internet is poor too. The room itself smells not pleasant I wasn't comfortable staying in there I keep all my stuff in luggage as I been worried that all my stuff will start smell bad. The cleaning was just mop the floor and that's about it. If I had chance I wouldn't be staying there.

“Great holidays at Koukouras Hotel”
Everything was perfect Staff is very kind and attentive, pool is great (there is even a diving board). Room, pool and others spaces are very clean. The hotel is close to the beach but far enough of the main road, it is why it is calm.
