We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is very close to the sea but still quiet and peaceful. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, and everything was spotlessly clean. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and perfectly clean — definitely worth the price. We especially enjoyed the friendly little cat that belongs to the owner — such a lovely touch! Thank you for your warm hospitality and for the great memories. We truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Greece.

“Independent, family-feeling, family-run oasis in Stalos!”

I have stayed here before and it’s lovely. Kleri is SO warm, welcoming, generous & attentive. The hotel is quirky, cooled by her lush garden plants (& air con in rooms) . She is supported by family Annie & George who are efficient & kind. Cannot recommend enough. Great balcony views of sea too! I love the personal care,conscientiousness & cleanliness— plus views, 3 min walk to beaches, oasis greenery & this year the lovely kitten, Alexandria! BTW only 10 min bus ride from Chania centre (€2).

“Perfect!”

Place is magical, fully enclosed in numerous plants, both outside and inside the hotel which provided the shade and cooling during the day, we didn’t even turn on the air conditioning at all, and the temperatures outside were 35+. Place is super clean, mom of the owner clean rooms every day so it was always clean. You have bus station 50-60 meters from the hotel, and nearest beach 70m. Also there is a hidden gem, big rooftop terrace, perfect for sunsets. 10/10 would recommend, and would visit again.

Very beautifull location with a lot of flowers, plants and trees. Real Cretan hospitality from Kleri with olive oil, fresh oranges and flowers in the apartment. And good cleaning of the apartment.

Very beautiful hotel (flowers all around), lovely hosts, felt very welcomed and very comfortable. Outstanding cleanliness, authentic place, would definitely come back!

Fantastic, convenient location, very friendly, generous and accommodating staff and a superb garden. We enjoyed our stay very much indeed.

“A delightful and relaxing stay.”

The small family hotel was situated in a quiet space away from the busier beach area but within easy walk of everything you might need. Our host was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The whole building was impeccably clean and looking like a botanical garden, with plants growing everywhere. Every few days our host, Mrs Kleopatra, would leave little gifts of her homemade produce. Our self-catering apartment was spacious with a small, well-equipped kitchen area and a lovely balcony with views over the sea. Sheets and towels were replaced twice a week. There was an excellent bus service, regular and cheap, for visiting other parts of the region. We wanted to avoid having to hire a car.

“A real gem”

An excellent position, quiet but close to everything. A simple strutture made cool and beautful by a sea of flowering plants and attention to details. The owner and manager, Klery, is a very special lady who does everything in her power to make your stay both comfortable and memorable. Little extras such as raki, marmelade and so on awaiting you after a hard day on the beach! If we ever return to Kato Stalos it will be to Hotel Kleopatra.

Hotel Kleopatra is fantastic. Very quit place, near to the sea, with many flowers like in a Botanical garden. Very friendly owner Klery. We will come again.

“Wonderful stay”

The hotel is very beautiful, surrounded by plants and colorful flowers. We had a wonderful sea view from our balcony. The room was spacious, always clean and tidy! The owner Mrs Kleopatra is such a sweet lady, very polite, thoughtful and hospitable. She made our stay really wonderful and memorable. We were also treated with homemade liquor and dessert by Mrs Kleopatra! We would definitely like to stay there again.

“Dreamlike hotel”

We were lucky to find such a nice gem of a hotel. Hotel Kleopatra has a very nice garden with beautiful and spacious rooms. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. Very big rooms, comfortable beds, complete kitchen and a very nice balcony. It`s located very close to the beach and most of the restaurants. What makes this hotel unique is the host: Lady Kleri ! She is one of the nicest person we`ve met in our trips. She was kind and helpful all the time. Staying in Hotel Kleopatra , you`re not just a guest, you`re Kleri`s guest and that feels like you are a family member visiting her. We were lucky to have met such a nice person. She made us feel like home. Kleri, we wish you all the best! Thank you for everything!

“The best place to spent relaxing holidays in Crete near Chania.”

The hotel is a pure oasis. With its beautiful plants and architecture, it is the best place to relax. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The balconies are great with sea views. And the host Clary has a big heart and takes care of the hotel, plants and guests with passion. Hotel Kleopatra is the best place to spend a relaxing holiday in Crete. Clary and Nikos are the best hosts. Warm, friendly, attentive. The service is great. There were always fresh towels, a clean room and a great, well-equipped kitchen. The sea view and the sunset are a dream. Clary is a great hostess.
