Our stay at Hermes was more than wonderful. Nicely located with super friendly and helpful staff. From the very beginning we were welcommed with a big smile and open arms of Ellie. Beautiful view from the swimmimg pool area. There is not a single thing I would complain about but recommend this place 100%!

I have only good things to say about this hotel. Wonderful location, lots of greenery, beautiful sea views, and a great pool. It's quiet and peaceful, yet close to restaurants, cafes, and shops. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, with daily housekeeping. I was very pleased with my stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hermes Sea View. The whole place was spotless, with real attention to cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming - always with a smile. The apartment is set in beautiful surroundings with an amazing panoramic view of the sea. We loved relaxing quietly by the pool, tucked away from the bustle of the town yet it is still close enough to enjoy the beach and a great selection of restaurants. That said, after discovering Kri Kri restaurant on our second day, we pretty much made it our second home! Excellent traditional food, unbelievably friendly staff and beautiful beachfront setting.

Clean and comfortable with a great view. Well equipped kitchenette. Really comfortable beds. Pool/beach towels provided. Water, coffee & tea provided on arrival. Air con very efficient. All staff exceedingly helpful and friendly.

Location, staff, views, pool, facilities in the room...just about everything really. If there was a pool bar or something similar I would have rated it at a 10.

Breakfast outdoor with a stunning view of the sea, good variety of foods, having an almond milk option was a nice bonus for me personally! Breakfast lady was super nice and helpful! The property is very well maintained with a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was cleaned thoroughly and restocked every day with all necessities, coffee capsules, beach towels etc. (unlike most other hotels). Special thanks to Helen for making us feel very welcome and attending to every little detail or need of our stay!

The apartment and the view looked exactly like in the pictures - beautiful. The property is high enough to have a great view but also so close to the main road with a lovely beach and great restaurants in walking distance (approximately 3mins). The staff were so nice and went above and beyond to make our stay even better. We will definitely be back next time we are in Crete!

Breakfast was by the pool overlooking the sea and island, (what a view) it was fantastic and the staff where super friendly, Helen who was on the desk and met us when we arrived was absolutely great, we had a fruit platter in the room and she could not do enough for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel if you are looking for that cozy friendly feeling over splash pools and playgrounds.

A fantastic hotel and a solid 10/10 experience. The lady at the reception which I assume is the owner was super friendly. She even let us use the pool after we checked out (our flight was late at night). The view from the pool and the room was unbeatable. The hotel is on a hill so you can see all the area and the sea. Also the breakfast was really nice and the lady who worked in the bar in the mornings was super friendly and cheerful. We loved the experience Would definitely recommend staying here.
