Villa Stella has unique atmosphere! The Team is so kind, helpful, nice and very friendly. Hotel is small, but everything is very nice. We spent there very nice time with very nice people around us. Swimming pool is not big, but very nice and not so crowded. Pool beds are available and there is not a problem, to find any. Owner Vasso is so nice, optimistic kind and makes your holiday very nice. She's always smiling and is very possitive. The staff - Rena, Stella, Katherina and Vassilis are so helpful and nice. Always smiling like Vasso ;) We are very happy, that we found this hotel and that we could meet this great Team. THANK YOU that you made my holidays great!

The hotel is located in a great location, right in the heart of the city. There is a bus stop nearby that will take you directly to the airport and to the city of Heraklion. The accommodation was clean and pleasant, cleaned every day. The owners of the hotel were the most pleasant and the best. They always helped whenever we needed. Excellent drinks at the bar. The rooms are quite spacious. A minor minus was the very soft mattress, but it's only a small thing. There was a beautiful Greek atmosphere here and we will definitely always be happy to come back. I always come here to Stalida.

Wonderful welcome from Vasso and her team. Everyone was friendly, helpful and wanted to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. Great pool service which was I was especially grateful for following an injury on the journey out. Fabulous cocktails. Fantastic place to stay if you are planning a holiday to Crete.

Perfect location for us. Straight opposite the beach. Lovely hosts and staff, most obliging nothing is too much much trouble. The cleaner is a lovely lady and keeps everything spotlessly clean. The beds are amazing and the rooms are quiet.
