Very warm welcome despite a late arrival due to flight delay. Allocated a ground floor room due to my husband having mobility difficulties. Good accessible shower and bathroom. Very quiet so spent a lovely day by the pool which we had all to ourselves! Great air conditioning which was separately priced but well worth it! Had breakfast and snacks, very good and reasonably priced

The staff were lovely. Nice swimming pool and bar. Could have breakfast if required. Easy walking distance to beach. Small balcony. Was what you pay for as quite cheap. Quiet on a night. Everything you would need to cook a meal. Even a grater and hand juicer in cupboards.

A must stay, and a place I will visit again, in fact, I have booked again for the last part of my stay in Crete for 2024. Staff: The staff (family-run place) are very friendly, and do everything they can to ensure you are comfortable, and have everything you need, they will share local knowledge to aid your stay on the island. Room: 'Typical Greek', clean, the right size, and has everything that you would need for a comfortable stay, no need to switch on the TV go and explore. Garden/Outside: If you like plants and greenery, you will enjoy your stay, there is a range of plans and flowers that complement the hotel. Breakfast: If you choose to stay, you must try the breakfast, the food is freshly prepared and always tasty. Location: Almost right in the heart of Stalkis, so you won't have far to travel to the beach, shops or restaurants and bars.

Elvira Hotel is the perfect application of Greek hospitality! A very lovely family always taking good of us in a very cosy hotel, with very clean and comfortable rooms located very close to a great beach. The breakfast is delicious and there is also a swimming pool. Already looking forward to my return!!!!
