“Exceptional stay”

We had an unforgettable stay at these beautiful villas in Crete, and the local hospitality completely exceeded our expectations. Although we had heard about Crete’s famous warmth and friendliness, nothing prepared us for the incredible welcome we received. We arrived after midnight to find a lovely surprise waiting for us in our villa’s kitchen - complimentary local snacks, fresh fruits, raki, and water. On our last evening, Eva’s mother even brought us more homemade raki and delicious local treats. Eva, our host, was wonderful and very knowledgeable. The next day she provided us with excellent recommendations on must-see sights and introduced us to some local restaurants and tavernas. The villa itself was a lovely, air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment with its own private entrance and a terrace boasting a stunning sea view. Situated in a peaceful complex on a hill above Stalida, it offered a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. The beach was just a 10-minute walk away, though be prepared for an uphill walk back - if that’s a challenge, a car might be a good option. Down the hill in Stalida and Malia, there were plenty of shops (some open late), beaches and tavernas to explore. Overall, this stay was a perfect blend of comfort, stunning views, and exceptional hospitality. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete!

Beautiful new property slightly above the beach. Lovely view and shady sitting areas. Well appointed rooms with A/C in lounge and bedroom. Lovely host who made us breakfast the first morning and her mum’ cake. Both excellent.

Our stay at Blue View Villas in Crete was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed with a delicious local treat, followed the next morning by a breakfast featuring traditional Cretan products. What made the experience even more special was the constant generosity of our host, who regularly surprised us with homemade delicacies prepared by her mother. These thoughtful touches made us feel not like guests, but like part of the family. Beyond hospitality, our host was an incredible source of knowledge about the island. She shared honest and practical tips about what to see and what to skip in Crete—information that’s hard to find online. As a local Cretan, her insights into the island’s culture and lifestyle were invaluable. We highly recommend having a conversation with her—it will enrich your trip in so many ways. The view from the villa is truly breathtaking, offering a panoramic look over the sea and the city below. It’s hard to say whether it’s more stunning during the day or at night—both are absolutely unforgettable. The property also includes a convenient and comfortable parking space, which made our stay even easier. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped—everything we needed and more. This was a 10/10 stay. Without a doubt, when we return to Crete, we’ll be staying here again.

“Astonishing view and Lovely host”

First of all, the view was absolutely astonishing! We spent some time nearby the villa just enjoying the scenery. Secondly, the villa was great! We loved it! The place was quite specious, with lovely interior and fully-equipped kitchen. And of course, I want to thank our amazing host Eva! We have never experienced such hospitality! :) She helped with everything we needed, left some welcoming treats for us, and gave recommendations where to go and what to see nearby. It was very nice and kind!

“Beautiful villa in lovely surroundings with fantastic views and brilliant hosts”

This villa was fantastic!. Modern and Spacious. It looked just like the pictures. We had two balconies in our room so spoilt for choice. Villa was exceptionally clean. Air conditioning in all rooms worked very well and double glazing made sure you couldn't hear any noise (not that there was any !). Ewa's mum kept popping over with delicious home made cake and biscuits and Ewa was very responsive to all of our queries. It was a 15 minute walk to Stalidas beach. It was tough to leave! Would absolutely recommend the villas :)

The view from the Villas is outstanding! Very beautiful and cozy outside and inside. Modern design, comfortable bad, new bathroom and kitchen area with all necessary stuff. Hostess Eva is very friendly and helfull, we've got so delicious treatment by arrival and the breakfast next day. The hill where the villas are located may seem steep, but the view worth it. Definitely want to go back there!

Great place with a wonderful view. The apartments offer everything you need and Eva was super helpful with any inquieries before and during our stay. We didn't have a car but beach, shops, restaurants and bus stations were all only a short walk away. We had a wonderful time at blue view villas.

Staying at Blue View Villas was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Eva's unmatched hospitality and attention to detail truly made the stay memorable. When we arrived late on the first day Eva surprised us with a small dinner made out of local goods. This already showed us what a remarkable host Eva is. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing recommendations for places to visit and was available to answer any questions we had. Eva's and her mother’s warmth and kindness were evident in every interaction, making us feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. The apartment itself was impeccable. It was clean, modern, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The bedroom was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The apartment (#7) also boasted stunning views of the mountains and the sea, which made waking up in the morning and having breakfast on the balcony a delight. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Blue View Villas highly enough. The combination of a magnificent apartment, the view and an exceptional host made our stay extraordinary. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-appointed accommodation with a host who goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction, look no further than Eva's apartment. We cannot wait to go back!
