“Worst place I've ever been!”

On arrival around 8 PM the on duty manager, standing outside smoking told me that there were no rooms available, despite the reservation. No sense of apologies and an unpleasant conversation, bluntly telling me to contact Booking.com. I found another hotel and appreciate that Booking.com have responded in a serious way on the case.

Location was pretty good

Economy ES with extremely friendly (and hilarious) staff who will help you out in a pinch and well appointed rooms for the money - don't expect the Ritz at an economy ES and you'll be just fine here

I liked the fact that there was a kitchen in every room and a large refrigerator.

For most my stay was good,floor in room needed cleaning, I stay for fourteen day, room was only cleaned once ,the first Monday of my stay.had over aweek an half to go before leaving, the outlets in the were pretty worn out .If I come back again will not stay there.

“You get the cheapness of what you paid for, but the staff is extremely amazing”

The staff is beyond above reproach. They were absolutely lovely, helpful, and definitely goes out of there way to make sure guests are satisfied. The housekeeping staff were personable and even helped inform me when my pants were torn.

My daughter was not able to actually stay because they wanted to charge for their service dog. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, unempathetic towards people with extreme ptsd. My daughter had the letter, which explained that by law they cannot charge a fee because her husband has severe ptsd. This incidence actually set him back in his recovery. They need to have more training when it comes to service/emotional support dogs, especially with people that have ptsd. It is obviously neither the staff or the hotel manager do not have the training and do not care to know or understand what it means to suffer from this ailment.

Clean and friendly staff

Depending upon the day, temperature and negative attitude of the staff, they will charge you wildly varying rates. Borders on fraud. Go somewhere else.
