“Fantastic value for money, and a very quiet and cosy hotel in the lovely town of Stade near Hamburg”
This was a really great place for me to stay during my three-day visit to Hamburg. Stade is a lovely town, and well-connected to Hamburg by train - it was nice to be away from the busy-ness of the city. The hotel was cosy, quiet and very welcoming, and just fantastic value for money! The breakfast was nice and plentiful, and I particularly appreciated the use of a thermoflask to take away hot water from the reception to my room. Staff were mostly very friendly and understanding with my limited use of German (with one exception referred to below).

Breakfast & dinner were all above or = to expectation. We liked the freedom to take our dog wherever we wanted to in the hotel.
