“Great base for the west. Clear views, cozy and northern lights”
It was exactly as we hoped in what felt like the middle of nowhere with great views but still not far to the closest town Borgarnes for BBQ supplies. Very spacious, cozy and warm on arrival. Directions and info for access were perfect. The patio and bbq were great to use. Nice to be left to ourselves and enjoy the time with no check in check out routines needed. Top base to explore the west Snaefellsness peninsula. Close to the elf village where I would highly recommend you leave them a peace offering treat. I left biscuits and we had the best weather and no worries our entire trip! We even got to see the northern lights on our very first try. Great first impression of Iceland

“Property has great idea but is depreciated a lot and needs more care and update.”
The location was really quiet. Literally in the middle of nowhere. You see from the windows the vast fields, mountains and horses. Nite that the road is bumpy a lot and 4x4 worked great. It is spacious, 6 people can sleep, 3 bedrooms. We had issues with the radiators and staff supported immediately. Kitchen was well equipped.

Beautiful secluded location, well equipped kitchen with self-catering facilities. There are also basic ingredients for cooking - salt, sugar, oil.
