“Great quiet location away from the central hustle of the city, a home from home”
Our host Jo-An was great, she was in contact with us before arrival so we knew everything we needed in advance. We arrived late in the evening but thanks to Jo-An we found the property and gained access as directed with ease. Jo-An was on hand in person or by message throughout the stay and was always happy to chat or answer questions including eating places. The accommodation was exactly as advertised and as expected, with a living area and kitchen facilities allowing us to have a couple of nights where we ate at home and relaxed especially when we had an early start the next day. It was lovely to have the living space and so much nicer than a standard hotel room. There was also a nice outside area where we could sit and enjoy the evening air. There is a pool for use but we were there early in the season so didn't get to benefit from it this time, it would be a massive bonus in the summer months. The area was a quiet residential area so there was no noise at night when sleeping and it seemed like a nice safe neighbourhood. We walked around it a lot and everyone was friendly, there's a lake across the road that is lovely for some exercise and lots of restaurants in the vicinity you can walk to if you don't want to drive. Central St Petersburg is a few minutes in the car or around a 35 min walk from the apartment all really easy to navigate on foot or by road. On a few nights we wanted to have a drink so we walked in and back and again it felt safe and we saw no issues. We loved our week here and if the opportunity to come to St Petersburg again presents itself we would book to stay here. Thanks Jo-An
