Very clean and nice area

“They do not want to clean your room for no reason”

On 4 days stay no one say they clean room , on third day we requested cleaning three times during the day , they promise they will before 3 pm … nothing … when complain , no longer personnel available

“Don't bother booking here unless you're a construction worker”

Ground floor room not ready when we checked I'm so offered second floor. No elevator and I'm 75 years old. No thank you. Reception found a disabled room after 10 minutes bit it smelt terrible. Complained the following day that it smelt like stale tobacco. Reception offered to get senior housekeeper to clean it. She threw bedding over and changed the towels. The floor was filthy. We had black socks and feet. Breakfast was OK first day. Less choice second day and very little third day. We stayed here in 2024 and it's gone downhill badly. They seem to be concentrating on housing construction workers but what will happen when the road contract ends?

Great location and clean hotel. Nice parking and easy access. Very huge rooms for a decent price. Breakfast was good!

Nothing, sketchy area, gross room, unsafe, loud questionable characters outside room crying and fighting outside room late in the night, room felt unsafe, right behind a gas station, dimly lit inside, super old, SKIP this hotel.

We have friends in St Pete, so this was more about the location in relation to the highway and roads to get into St Pete, get around and get out. For this, the hotel was great, no issues at all. This place is positioned on the 275 which gave us access to all we could need. We didn't visit anything that was near, we just drove into the city and to the beaches. The people that we met at this hotel were very friendly, actually, everyone we met in Tampa was really friendly.

Very good value for money. Bed very comfortable and shower worked well. All that was needed.

breakfast is simple, only light bread and waffles. Small toppings for the bread and options to drink.

A generously sized room with plenty of power sockets on lamp bases for personal devices. The continental style breakfast included with the room charge was quite good. Certainly good value for money. The only drawback is that the motel is set back from the main road and is therefore a little tricky to find by a first time visitor particularly when it is dark.
