Loved the place… it’s got an old fashioned charm and character . The hotel is incredibly proud of its history which is evidenced throughout the establishment. The rooms have everything you need and the staff are super friendly and welcoming- Dani was on reception most of the time we stayed and was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and had everything you’d need to start the day right . An absolute gem of a find so glad we stayed

A heartfelt thank you to Crystal Bay Historic Hotel ✨ We had the pleasure of staying here for one night, and I truly wish it had been longer. The atmosphere, the kindness of the staff, and especially the incredible receptionist who went out of her way to communicate with us despite our very limited English — it meant a lot. The room was absolutely spotless, which I deeply appreciate not only as a guest, but also as the owner of a cleaning company. The level of care and attention was truly outstanding — especially compared to other places we experienced during our trip. I would just like to share one small, constructive observation: the way trash bags are placed in the bins. When the plastic liner is too visible or oversized, it slightly affects the overall aesthetic and also reduces the usability of the bin. A small adjustment here could make an already beautiful space feel even more refined. Thank you again for your warmth, professionalism, and the feeling of being truly welcome. We will remember this stay very fondly 🤍

The old property was beautiful and extremely homely. The staff were amazing. So incredibly helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Very lovely surroundings and comfortable. It is well situated with a shop across the road and places to eat. Beautiful gardens and a nice pool for a swim. This property is a historical gem and is well liked by all who stay here. We were delighted with our 3 day stay here. Highly recommended. It is an oasis in such a busy world! A lot of famous people have stayed here over the years.

Wonderful hotel with loads of old style charm in a great location. We booked the Babe Ruth room which had a separate sunny sitting room and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and the best we had during our 2 weeks in Florida with exceptional service from the cook "Jesus"
