Amazing hotel with beautiful amenities for guests. Diverse choice of restaurants with amazing menus and service. They provided a free shuttle service to and from the train station which was a fantastic service. The room was beautifully put together with all mod cons. We were sorry to leave, would highly recommend a stay here. Staff and service and facilities were top class especially the amazing breakfast with so much to choose from and omelettes ect made fresh for you on the spot, unreal!

The team at reception weren’t particularly welcoming we arrived early and understood that our room wouldn’t be ready for an hour or so … there was no offer to take our bags so we ended up having to sit with our bags in the lobby area and I saw other guests doing similar.. a basic convenience

Loved the room design, stylish, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spotless, the breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and the location was excellent with beautiful scenery all around. The staff were also very helpful, professional, and welcoming.

We stayed in the newly refurnished part so the bed were comfortable, it was very clean and tha bathroom was also modern. We had a nice small balcony looking over the mountains.

I really liked the room's decor, layout, and amenities. The location is excellent; despite being a bit far from the station, they provided a complimentary shuttle service and it's very easy to reach using public transport. I loved the breakfast, the place is beautiful, and I truly felt rested, even though my trip was a marathon of hiking and changing cities. The staff is very friendly and helpful; they deserve a perfect 10. They have gluten free options. The asian restaurant is really good.

“Comfortable and obliging staff and hotel”

From first contact with transfer from train station to help around town the front office lady was amazing. You can spend as much time as you want at the hotel with bars, restaurants and spas all there for you.

Hotel was well situated, we liked the proximity to ski lifts, the staff were friendly and very welcoming for dogs.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. The fire in the bar area was really cosy and the hotel has a 'boutique' feel to it. Red wine was excellent! Breakfast served a wide selection of food options. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Staff was amazing!!

It was a perfect stay with a view at mountines, good breakfast and good option for shuttle, but also the bus stays in front of hotel. Hotel has really beautiful Wellness so i recommend it! Definitely recommend the hotel!

Food on Premises is excellent, all the restaurants were amazing and very tasty and good selection. Breakfast was excellent as well. I loved the fireplace and the bar had also good selection of drinks. They went the extra mile and held a mini-concert at the bar. We had an amazing stay over the holidays and would return again anytime. Highly recommended!
