Here is the review in English: We had a very pleasant two-day stay in this apartment. It was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. We felt comfortable right away. The owners are extremely accommodating, friendly, and respond very quickly to messages. Communication was easy and reliable. We can definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

The property instructions were inaccurate which resulted us in lugging our big suitcases uphill for nearly one km, given it was raining it was a pleasant trip. The whole complex was dark and the washing machine was not inside the apartment that you have to travel down to a level down again in a dark room. When we checked in there were no soap , body wash or shampoo. We called the host and she did come to supply the hygiene products. However when we left early this morning my son left his air pods in the apartment and we didn’t realise this till the train departed. We requested to have the AirPod posted to us in another hotel and offered to pay the expenses, however we tested the host and tried to call but were ignored. While I recognised it was not her problem we would appreciate some help from the host or at least tried to reply the message. In another note most Airbnb places at St Moritz offer the day passes to the cable cars in the area provided you stay for two nights. I read the reviews and was led to believe it was the case so we booked the apartment but it was not the case. The cable car cost $44 Swiss francs and for three of us it is an expensive trip. After paying $600 per night we feel that we could have found much better value elsewhere. Wish the host to contact us to discuss this.

The location was good. Early check in was very helpful as we arrived earlier than the normal check-in time.
