Simone was excellent and the owner was friendly and really helpful. Excellent breakfast and snacks in the afternoon. Ski in ski out with a great location and good ski and boot storage rooms.

Never underestimate the friendly faces that welcome guests in a hotel, they make the quality and well-being from the start and here was especially the case with Simone, whom checked me so fast and with such a sharp sense of humor, asking and tending any issues that I could have, helpful, kind and efficient, I needed rest, calm and welcome and you offered me this all dear Simone, in such elegant and witty ways, thousand thanks!

The bed is extremely uncomfortable – it feels like the cheapest mattress possible, making it almost impossible to sleep. There is an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. The bathroom is very basic, with no shampoo or toiletries provided – just an empty bottle of shower gel. No restaurant in the hotel

“Great vacation!”

The rooms are wide and very clean. If you are a skier, the location of the hotel is very good, because it's near the slope, so you barely have to walk. The employees are very nice, helpful and the atmosphere is like you came to a family pansion. In the afternoon you can relax at the swimming pool, and saunas, or you can easily get to te center of St Moritz by bus, approximately 7 minutes ride. We loved our staying in this hotel ❤️
