Nice and clean and tidy Lovely host very helpful

The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. It was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely attentive, friendly, and caring, ensuring that quests had everything needed and responding quickly to any questions. The accommodation is located very close to a bus stop, making it extremely convenient to travel to the city center and the train station. Overall, it is an excellent location for anyone using public transportation.

Very spacious, modern and clean with great kitchen facilities. It’s on the other side of the lake and about a 30 minute walk from the station but that doesn’t bother us. You can also walk out the rear side of the building and straight onto a beautiful forest walking trail that takes you to Staz Lake about 2.5ks away and loops back into St. Moritz

Hostile reception by staff member. Aggressive and argumentative although their fault due to their contradicting instructions. Instructions say check in between 3 pm and 8 pm. However the personalised message says check in any time, exact words: “So that your check-in runs smoothly and you are independent of time, we will leave the key for your room in an envelope” However this does not apply if you arrive by car because they have to open a barrier to which they charge an extortionate Chf 18 considering there’s many open car spaces and it’s on the very edge of Saint Moritz (not in town centre). Staff member was extremely argumentative and illogical, unwilling to improve their contradicting check-in instructions. Clearly says I can check in independently it doesn’t say there’s an exception if you arrive by car. Best avoided.

“Good comfy and not too dear”

Very comfy and it was good to be able to cook. We had a good welcome and intro to the area from Mario ( I may have got his name wrong, but he was very nice) The cards to give free access to the ski lifts/ cable cars were a very pleasant surprise and made up from the general high cost of stuff in St Moritz. The flat was warm and well fitted out. It overlooked a builder’s yard, but work stopped at 5 or 6 pm. It also had a view of the mountains that surround. It is about 15/20 mins walk from shops, but there’s a bus from the youth hostel next door almost to the station and town/ cable cars. The bus services were brilliant, I’m jealous. St Moritz is a bit money focussed but there’s hills are great. All good.

Easy to collect key, excellent instructions given on how to get to the apartments, exceptionally clean and everything was provided for a stay. Very comfortable. Staff excellent.

This was a fabulous apartment with everything we needed, and a great coffee machine. Nice and clean and very comfortable. Near public transport

Very welcoming people, very charming apartment, it was truly perfect. Even if I wanted to desperately say something negative about it, I couldn't find anything. Also, having AC (heating+cooling) in the apartment was a really nice bonus, and is sure to help regardless of the season.

The check-in was super smooth and fast. The flat is as advertised in the picture, if not a little bigger than you may expect. It was very clean and full of all necessary amenities. It's a throw away from a nice forest hike path or about 10 minutes from the lake. It's quite far (about 20-30min walk) from town, but it's worth it if you are not in a hurry.
