“Ignorant staff”
Reception desk are not 24 hours and if you had any problems during the night (maybe you lose you card acces) nobody answer at phone. I asked to change my towels, i let on the floor in the morning and in the evening was the same towels, dirty in the floor and of course nobody in hotel to ask for some fresh towels....

“It was alright, definetely not clean, things were not functioning properly.”
Staff kindly let us check-in earlier because the room was already ready. Everything was explained clearly about the check-in and our stay rules. They do cleaning in a room everyday. They offer breakfast for 8€, but I didn’t have an opportunity to try it. Bed was comfortable. Good location, but it might be a bit noisy during the night, it didn’t bother me though.

“I went in and left out in half an hour as the service was as the way you pay”
Nothing l ordered two separate beds and l had double bed , there was a television with out any programs and a receptionist doesn’t talk English good left at five and there was no one to respond for any emergencies unbelievable

The security at this hotel is nonexistent. We left 100 euros in a bag inside our room and when we returned at night, the staff had come in to clean and our money was gone. The outer door and the room doors don't close properly; we often found them ajar. The keycard to open the room kept getting stuck, and one night we got locked out entirely. As for the cleanliness, we found hair on our sheets on the first day and dust inside the room. If you stay at this hotel, watch your belongings. More details regarding the incident with the money: The money was inside a wallet, and the wallet was inside a bag. We left the hotel and when we returned that night, we opened the wallet and the money was missing. In the meantime, someone from the hotel had come in to clean. The next morning, we spoke to the male cleaner of our room and told him what had happened. He called his female cleaning colleague, explained the situation to her, and when he hung up, he offered to send us the money via Revolut so that we wouldn't say anything to the reception. When he realized that the amount was larger than he had initially thought, he called the woman back and then told us he couldn't give us the money. We are 100% certain that the money was in the room and that we didn't lose it while out and about. The cleaner didn't seem surprised by the incident at all. In fact, he had even given us his word that we would have the money back by the evening. The hotel's response to all of this was simply that they trust their staff and that we should have used the safe.

Clean, very friendly staff. Close to everything. A very good restaurant is opposite. Unfortunately, there's construction going on nearby. But I have the impression that Malta is just one construction site.

The hotel itself is decent in terms of cleanliness and the rooms, but the reception staff and overall management are terrible. On the second night of our stay, after dinner at around 10 PM, we were unable to enter our room because the key card stopped working. The main issue was that the hotel had no staff at the reception after 9 PM, nor were there any available phone numbers to contact anyone for assistance. We were forced to search for another hotel in the middle of the night just to have a place to sleep. The next day, the receptionist told us that it was neither our fault nor THEIR fault, which is completely unacceptable. It is unacceptable for a six-floor hotel to have no employees present after 9 PM. In addition, the hotel entrance doors remain open at all times, while copied passports of guests are left openly accessible in folders at the reception desk for anyone to see. Literally, after 9 PM, only guests remain in the hotel and there is no staff present at all. Also, the breakfast is TERRIBLE. Apart from eggs and sausages, which are provided in very small quantities, there is practically nothing else to eat. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

“Be prepared to expect you get what you pay for.”
Room absolutely fine, everything that was needed. In a good location, far enough away from the noise but close enough to the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was basic but nice enough. Staff pleasant enough when they were there.

I would like to share a very unpleasant experience from my stay at the hotel. During my trip, I was moving around on crutches due to a prior knee injury. Unfortunately, while exiting the elevator, I slipped on a wet floor that was not marked or secured in any way. This situation was particularly dangerous given my condition and could have resulted in a much more serious injury. The lack of any warning signage reflects insufficient attention to guest safety. I expect the hotel to draw conclusions from this incident and ensure proper signage and procedures are in place to prevent similar situations in the future. Guest safety should be an absolute priority.
