The music round the pool was way too loud and I like music but it def needed turning down and moved away from bar because ordering a drink with a super speaker beside you is stupid location for it put me off going to the bar tbh also needs quiet afternoon couple of hours without that blasting constantly so you can read or just enjoy quiet time

The hotel' location is perfect and accessible to public transport. The facilities are very clean and the staff were excellent. I can't fault it.

The location was really good, and the beds were really comfortable and nicely made. The breakfast was really good. It was a buffet and there was a high-quality food on the buffet, especially the desserts and the eggs were very, very nice.

The worst hotel, the worst staff, the photos do not match de reality!!!!!!!!! The breakfast is just for the English people here, it’s pretty awful. The rooms are disgusting and old and definitetly not clean.

When I needed an iron, it was provided within an hour. The breakfast food was okay. The rooftop pool and sun loungers offered a partial sea view. Sometimes the music was a bit too loud, but it didn't really bother me. The room, however, was old—the bathroom door was peeling (and opened so awkwardly that I even broke a nail! :). Even with a Booking discount, I paid 100 euros per night for a double room, but the room is only worth 70-80 euros at most. But, I gave it an extra star for the location. Everything is within walking distance: the beaches (both sandy and rocky—the only ones in the city, you have to travel to get to the others), bus stops, shops, the largest shopping mall, the pedestrian street with bars and clubs, and all the casinos :). The hotel is big, so you can always find company. I saw only one family with a child; 70% of the guests were young people looking for a party. Oh, and the bathroom ventilation is very noisy whenever the light is on. And you can't take a bath because the plug doesn't work. But it's a 3-star hotel, so I wasn't really expecting that kind of luxury... :) There are no major downsides, just the minor ones I mentioned.

“Party Hotel and location!”

Room was good size, clean with lovely bedding and towels, mattress and pillows extremely comfortable. Fridge in room is great and nice service tray (tea/coffee). Room cleaned every day. Breakfast is fab…great choice of hot and cold food…everything from full English to continental, with endless cakes/pastries/fruit/salad and tea/coffee/juice. Restaurant and housekeeping staff very polite and helpful. Nice rooftop pool (rather small) and good gym/inside pool.
